Down in Albion

Pete Doherty is the epitome of rock star. He split from his band the Libertines because of mass drug abuse, is in the tabloids because of his on/off relationship with Kate Moss and multiple, multiple, multiple, multiple, multiple, multiple, multiple, multiple, arrests.

In November he released a CD with his new band Babyshambles called Down in Albion. Pete sounds very uninhibited and well… wrung-out on this album. It suits the album well, as it is more laid back than some of his earlier releases. The first track I am posting is not one of the more laid back tracks, but I like it, the second is more representative of the album. Enjoy!
